Complaints and compliments

If you have any suggestions to improve our services, please speak to our Practice Manager, who will be happy to hear from you personally.

We always try to provide the best service possible, however there may be times when you feel that this has not happened.

If you are unhappy about any aspect of our service, the Practice operates a complaints procedure as part of the NHS system for dealing with complaints.  We aim to deal with any complaint as quickly as possible.


If you wish to make a complaint or comment on the provision of service you have received from this surgery please put your complaint in writing for the attention of Mrs. L. Evans, Practice Manager. Complaints about the Out of Hours service should be directed to Swansea Bay University  Health Board.  Full details of both complaints procedures are available on request .
