If you are facing Mental Health issues, you don't have to suffer in silence. There are many resources out there, with expert advice to help you navigate your mental wellness.
One of these is C.A.L.L. helpline, available to those who live in Wales. It is free to use, and you can either call or text and gain emotional support and signposting to further services.

The practice participates in the Cervical Screening Programme for women aged 25 to 64. We operate a call and recall system and all female patients between the ages of 20 and 64 will be sent regular appointments (5 yearly) to attend for this investigation. If you have not had a smear within the last 3 years please ask for an appointment.
Cervical smear testing is carried out by our specially trained nurses.
Family planning and Contraception:
Family planning and contraceptive advice (excluding coil fitting) is provided by all the doctors and the practice nurses.
Mental Health Liaison Nurse:
Mrs Francesca Rabaiotti provides help in the form of coping strategies to patients suffering from stress, depression, low level anxiety and bereavement.
Phlebotomy (blood tests):

Travel advice is provided by the practice nurses. Patients are advised to book an appointment at least 6 weeks in advance of their intended date of travel. If it is left too late or you require specialised injections, you may have to have these at a private travel clinic.
Physiotherapy services can be accessed via self referral by calling 01792 487453, Monday to Friday 9.00am to 10am (excluding bank holidays). Alternatively, we can book you in for a telephone consultation with our Cluster-based First Contact Physiotherapy service.
If a GP feels that an audiology appointment is necessary our receptionists can book these via our online system. The appointment will be with a Bay Cluster Audiologist and the clinics are currently held at either Norton Clinic or at the Beacon Centre.
